We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Occupational Medicine & Urgent Care Physician to join our healthcare team at DHS St. Elizabeth's Campus.

Qualifications:
- Must be a US Citizen
- Degree/Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited U.S. medical school or equivalent foreign medical education meeting ECFMG requirements. Completion of an accredited residency program in Occupational Medicine, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or a related specialty
- Basic Life Certification (BLS)
- Board Certification: Board certification or board eligibility in a relevant specialty is preferred
- Licensure/Registration: Current, full, and unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. state, territory, or the District of Columbia. Current DEA registration if prescribing controlled substances is required
- Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of recent clinical experience in occupational medicine, urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care
- Evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of acute, non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries common to urgent care settings.
- Conducting occupational health services including pre-employment examinations, medical surveillance exams, fitness-for-duty evaluations, return-to-work assessments, and work-related injury evaluations. Interpretation of diagnostic studies (e.g., labs, EKGs, imaging results when available).
- Management of minor procedures (e.g., wound care, splinting, laceration repair, I&D as appropriate). Assessment and stabilization of emergent conditions and coordination of transfer to higher levels of care when required.
- Medical oversight and consultation to clinic nursing staff and allied health professionals. Documentation of clinical encounters in the designated electronic health record system in accordance with Government requirements.
- Participation in clinic quality improvement activities and adherence to established clinical protocols.
