Work location: Addiction Recovery Center, 240 North Miller Road Mansfield, TX 76063
Work hours: Part time, Monday-Thursday, 8:00a - 1:00p
Department highlights:

· Associate degree from an accredited Nursing program required
· BSN preferred
· Associate degree from an accredited Nursing program or nursing diploma required
· BCLS prior to hire
· BCPMHN upon hire required
· ACPI (30 days within hire)
· One-year experience as a clinical nurse, or completion of an RN residency program required
· One year of Behavioral Health experience strongly preferred
· RN must practice within the regulations of the Texas Nurse Practice Act, serve as a role model, intra/interdisciplinary collaborator, and coordinator for quality patient care

What You Will Do
Delivers care to patients utilizing the Nursing Process
· Assesses the patient
· Plans for the care of the patient
· Interventions as appropriate
· Evaluates the effectiveness of interventions
· Incorporates age specific safety/infection control measures into patient care.
· Initiates action to meet patient and/or significant others need for information
· Maintains continuity of patient care inter-shift, inter-hospital, and while expediting out of hospital transfers.

Located on 33 acres in Rockwall just south of interstate 30, Texas Health Rockwall offers 60 inpatient beds for acute medical and surgical needs. The hospital continues to grow and visiting campus today you will find a Women's Imaging and Breast Center, a bariatric clinic, an ambulatory surgery center and a variety of physician practices all dedicated to our evolving community health needs. You will see that our long awaited expansion is well underway! This expansion, focused on a healthy future in this high growth area of North Texas, will double the size of our hospital adding more patient beds, a Level 2 NICU, Cardiac Cath Lab and expanding other departments including Labor & Delivery, OR and the emergency room.
