Experienced Registered Nurse ICU Critical Care

MedStar Health is seeking an experienced ICU Critical Care Registered Nurse to deliver high-acuity, patient-centered care in a fast-paced hospital setting. In this role, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate complex care for critically ill adults, manage ventilators and invasive lines, administer medications, and respond rapidly to changes in patient condition. You will collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, precept newer nurses, support evidence-based practice, and participate in ongoing education while contributing to a mission-driven, community-focused health system.
