Encompass Health seeks a Certified Rehabilitation RN to provide specialized nursing care to patients recovering from major illnesses and injuries in our inpatient rehab hospital. In this role, you'll deliver evidence-based rehab nursing, coordinate individualized care plans, and collaborate closely with physicians and therapists to optimize functional recovery and safe discharge. You'll educate patients and families, support quality and safety initiatives, and grow professionally in a patient-centered, team-focused environment committed to clinical excellence and continuous improvement.
