Cambridge Health Alliance seeks an RN for the Operating Room to provide perioperative nursing care in a public, academic community hospital. The RN will coordinate pre-, intra-, and post-operative care, circulate and/or scrub for surgical procedures, and ensure patient safety, advocacy, and infection control. Working in a mission-driven, teaching-focused environment, this role collaborates with surgeons, anesthesia, and multidisciplinary teams, supports residents and students, and cares for diverse, underserved populations while upholding CHA's commitment to equity and continuous learning.
