- Top-tier compensation Earning potential: ️$500,000
Non-production-based compensation model Additional compensation for call (call pay plus with RVUs) is ️$70,000-$100,000 (additional call will provide additional earning potential) Sign on bonus Relocation package Tuition reimbursement and professional development
