ATC West is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician for an outpatient primary care locum tenens opportunity in New Jersey. Join an established, collaborative practice providing comprehensive care to adult and geriatric patients.
Position Highlights- Location: New Jersey
- Start: ASAP
- Ongoing coverage
- Monday Friday schedule
- 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Tuesdays until 7:00 PM
- Outpatient primary care practice
- No hospital call
- No weekend coverage
- No supervision of mid-level providers
- Quick credentialing process
- Established practice with 5 physicians and 1 advanced practice provider
- Approximately 3 patients per hour
- Adult and geriatric patient population
- 13 exam rooms
- On-site laboratory
- Athena EMR
- Other Internal Medicine physicians available for support
- Adult outpatient primary care
- Preventive care and chronic disease management
- Evaluation and management of acute illnesses
- EKG interpretation
- Evaluation and management of acute blood pressure and volume-related conditions
- Employment physicals
- Disability examinations
- Board Certified preferred (Board Eligible candidates will be considered)
- Active New Jersey medical license required
- Local physician living within 45 minutes of the facility
- BLS and ACLS preferred
