Job Description

  • JOB REQUIREMENTS
    • Education
      • Masters degree in counseling, social work or psychology required. Licenses and or certification to provide counseling in the state on Arkansas.
    • Experience
      • Minimum of two years paid experience preferred with psychiatric or substance abuse patience.
    • Physical
      • Essential Functions: Ability to hear normal to soft tones. Ability to see near and distant. Ability to communicate effectively. Non –essential: Ability to lift 20 lbs.
  • JOB SUMMARY

    • Provides individual, group, family, and marital therapy to patients. Responsible for the creation and implementation of inpatient/outpatient treatment plans which will include: Assessment; Diagnosis; Problems/need identified; and, Treatment plan, goals and objectives.  Responsible for psychosocial intakes, safety planning and assisting with discharge planning for post discharge care.
