Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Client seeks Nurse Practitioner for August 17-21 at their Corporate Health clinic in Orange, CT. Provider will see employees (adults) for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and wellness visits. Hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday 7:00am-4:00pm with a 60-minute lunch break from 12-1pm and Wednesday 8:00am-5:00pm with a 60-minute lunch break from 12:30pm-1:30pm. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to qualify for this assignment.
