Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Client seeks Physician, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant for contract assignment starting August 3-September 30 at their new Corporate Health clinic in Rock Island, IL. Provider will see ages 3 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and wellness visits. This will be a solo provider clinic with no clinical support, so provider will need to be comfortable working autonomously; patients needing labs will be sent to a nearby lab. Hours are Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday 7:00am-3:00pm, Wednesday 6:00am-6:00pm, and Friday 6:00am-11:00am. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to qualify for this assignment.
