Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Client seeks Nurse Practitioner for contract assignment starting August 10-November 8 at their Corporate Health clinic in Joliet, IL. Provider will see ages 2+ for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, chronic disease management, and wellness visits. Hours are Monday & Wednesday 10:00am-7:00pm and Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, all with a 60-minute lunch break. Provider must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to be considered. DOT certification and ability to speak Spanish is preferred, as is Epic EMR experience.
