Nurse Practitioner Opportunity in Sandusky, OH Position Overview: Seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join a multidisciplinary healthcare team providing evidence-based care for acute and complex chronic conditions. This full-time position primarily focuses on outpatient care with potential involvement in inpatient coordination, offering an opportunity to practice in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
