What You?ll Champion:
- Join our Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) team at York Hospital, supporting a high?acuity, 44?bed Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in Central Pennsylvania.
- 24?hour call shifts, averaging approximately 13 shifts per 8?week schedule
- Shift options include 7:00 a.m.?7:00 a.m.
- Collaborate with a highly experienced team of 5 Neonatologists and 8 full?time Neonatal Nurse Practitioners
- Enjoy a high level of clinical autonomy with full neonatology physician support
- Provide care for ELGAN and critically ill neonates
- State?of?the?art neonatal technology, including jet ventilators and oscillator ventilators
- Dedicated in?unit lactation consultants, respiratory therapists, and clinical pharmacists
- Multidisciplinary specialty support from Pediatric Surgery (Johns Hopkins), Neurology, Neurosurgery, and Ophthalmology

Minimum Education:- Masters Degree For Nurse Practitioner. Required or
- Bachelors Degree For Physician Assistant. Required
- Masters Degree For Physician Assistant. Preferred
- 1 year Relevant experience. Required
- Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner Upon Hire Required or
- Licensed Physician Assistant Upon Hire Required and
- Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required or
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire Required or
- Neonatal Advanced Life Support Certification Upon Hire Required
- BLS and/or ACLS and/or NALS as appropriate for the clinical role. Upon Hire Required and
- For Nurse Practitioner - Completion of an accredited program for nurse practitioners. Upon Hire Required or
