Job Description
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-4:30p
Patient Volume: 11-16 patients per day
EMR: Epic
Requirements: Board Certified NP or PA, MN license, BLS, ACLS
Experience: Benign and malignant hematology experience required
Scope: Inpatient hematology services with a strong hematology focus
Setting: Hospital-based Hematology/Oncology practice
Support: Daytime APP support available
Credentialing: 60-90 days with temp privileges available for clean files
Coverage: 3-month assignment with option to extend; locums-to-perm available
