You'll join a cohesive, high-performing neuroscience team at the nationally recognized Abrazo Arrowhead Campus, working alongside experienced neurosurgeons, hybrid neurologists, and a dedicated service line director whose sole focus is advancing this specialty. With Tenet Healthcare's full operational infrastructure behind you billing, credentialing, HR, marketing you can stay focused on what you do best: delivering outstanding surgical care and helping shape the future of this program.
Position Highlights
- Full-time, employed position with Tenet Healthcare / Abrazo Health
- Spine-focused neurosurgery role within a collaborative, growing neuroscience program
- Variable schedule: 2-3 days per week split between clinic and OR
- Shared call: approximately 7-10 days per month
- Dedicated PA support 1 PA per attending for both clinic and surgical workflow
- Team includes 3 neurosurgeons, 7 hybrid neurologists, and 1 interventional neurologist
- Dedicated marketing and business development support to help build your patient base
- Site: Abrazo Arrowhead Campus a nationally recognized, full-service acute care hospital with accredited chest pain and primary stroke center designations

Candidate Requirements
- MD or DO with completion of an accredited Neurosurgery residency
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurosurgery
- Eligible for Arizona medical licensure
