The department features 11 beds with strong support staff including ED RNs and an APP, along with 24-hour availability of key services such as anesthesia, general surgery, laboratory, orthopedic surgery, and radiology.

Job Details:- Locum Tenens coverage needed for FMLA coverage in the Emergency Department
- Coverage dates: September 9-11, 8am - 8pm, with potential ongoing need for future dates
- Onsite orientation required one day prior to first block of assigned shifts
- See an average of 36 patients per day in an 11-bed emergency department
- Average of 3 inpatient admissions per shift
- Provide both inpatient and outpatient emergency medicine services
- Support staff includes ED RNs and one APP
- Charting via Meditech EMR system
- Board Certification in Emergency Medicine is required
- Active Michigan license or IMLC required to apply
- Credentialing timeframe is approximately 30 days, dependent on provider document submission
- Temporary privileges may be granted when needed
- Facility is a Level 3 trauma center
