Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) – Outpatient Psychiatry Gloucester Clinic - BILH
Seeking a full time APRN to provide high-quality outpatient psychiatric care through comprehensive assessments, diagnostic evaluations, treatment planning, counseling, and psychopharmacologic management. This position works collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient-centered, evidence-based care and optimal clinical outcomes.

Clinical Expertise
Strong knowledge of evidence-based principles and practices for diagnosing and treating mental health disorders as defined by the DSM - Diagnostic and Statistical Manual.
Experience providing care through psychotherapy and psychopharmacologic treatment
Commitment to remaining current with advancements in psychiatric care through ongoing review of literature, professional conferences, and other continuing education opportunities
Desired Skillset
Demonstrated ability to prescribe psychotropic medications thoughtfully, prioritizing patient safety, therapeutic benefit, and minimization of side effects and drug interactions
Excellent clinical judgment, planning, and implementation skills
Strategic and analytical approach to problem-solving, with a working knowledge of data reporting and outcomes analysis
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team-based care environment
Qualifications
Successful completion of all educational and certification requirements to practice as a Psychiatric APRN in the State of Massachusetts
Active Massachusetts APRN license, DEA, and Massachusetts Controlled Substances Registration preferred.

Pay Range:
$149,968.00 USD - $190,652.00 USDThe pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
Anna Jaques Hospital is a 123 bed community hospital serving 17 cities and towns in the Merrimack Valley . The hospital offers a wide range of acute care services to meet the needs of our growing patient population including inpatient and outpatient surgery in fully digitized computerized operating room suites, cardiology including echocardiography and a cardiac cath lab, comprehensive cancer services, orthopedics, nuclear medicine, laboratory, noninvasive vascular lab, joint replacement program and birth center.
Programs include the number one wound center in the nation, a primary stroke service, and Level III Trauma Center .
