Job Description
- Specialty: CRNA
- Practice Setting: OR/Surgery Department. Trauma level 2.
- Dates/Schedule Needed: Beginning ASAC (60-90 days) through end of May 2027 with potential to extend. Shifts guaranteed as scheduled. No nights, no weekends, and no call required for this need.
- Case Mix: 25% general, 25% neuro (head/spine), 25% complex vascular, 25% complex ortho. No hearts, no OB required.
- # of OR's: 28 OR's
- Avg # of Surgical Cases per day: 75
- Support Staff/Model: Supervised model. 38 Anesthesiologists and 104 CRNA's in the group.
- Credentialing Time Frame: 60-90 days
- Certifications: ACLS, PALS, NBCRNA
- Active WA License: Highly preferred upfront
- Flights/Lodging/Rental Car or Mileage: Yes
