Practice Overview

Clinical Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and manage patients with hematologic and oncologic conditions
  • Develop individualized treatment plans including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapies
  • Collaborate with radiation oncology and surgical specialists for multidisciplinary care
  • Participate in tumor board discussions and care coordination
  • Provide patient education and compassionate guidance through treatment

  • Mix of new consultations, follow-ups, and treatment management
  • Participation in multidisciplinary tumor boards
  • Balanced clinic schedule with support staff assisting patient management

Compensation

  • 1 Yr guarantee (3rd guarantee J1) at $620,000
  • Productivity-based bonus opportunity
  • $20 /RVU APP supervision, $504/24 call pay
  • Productivity compensation set at $90 per wRVU.
  • Sign-on Bonus: $100,000 with 5-year contract or $75,000 with 3-year contract
  • $50,000 Quality Bonus
  • Fellowship Stipend: $2,000 monthly for up to 24 months
