JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Licenses: Active WA License
- Board: Required
- DEA: Active WA DEA Required
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS (to be confirmed during credentialing)
- Experience: Open to new grads (MD only). Clean background required.
- Other Qualifications: Spanish or Russian speaking is a plus. COVID and Flu vaccination required.
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to a diverse patient population (newborns to geriatrics) in a community health center setting.
- Manage acute walk-in visits and chronic disease management, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Perform basic outpatient procedures including injections, IUD placement, and minor wound care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (MAs, mental health therapists, dietitians, onsite pediatrician) to coordinate patient care.
- Utilize EPIC EHR for accurate documentation, ordering, and patient management.
