The facility features a Level I Trauma center with a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, offering advanced care capabilities and strong physician supervision for optimal patient outcomes.

Opportunity:
Nurse Practitioner - Neonatology

Job Details:
• Provide neonatal intensive care services in a Level III NICU setting
• Manage 10-12 neonatal patients per day in an inpatient environment
• Work 12.5-hour shifts with day (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM) and night (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) options
• Perform delivery room attendance and neonatal resuscitation procedures
• Conduct PICC line placement, umbilical line placement, needle aspiration, and chest tube placement
• Work under physician supervision with attending physician present during assignment
• Must be board certified through ANCC, AANP, NCCPA, or equivalent organization
• Active Michigan state license required (no new license candidates accepted)
• Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) advanced provider or instructor certification required
• Neonatal experience required; new graduates not accepted
• Utilize Epic EMR documentation system
• Weekend coverage required
• Credentialing process approximately 120+ days
• Coverage dates starting July 5, 2026 - TBD due to staffing transition to APP-only model

Compensation:
