Job Description
Aspirus Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Antigo team in a unique dual-role position supporting both Family Medicine and Occupational Health services.
OPPORTUNITY:

Family Medicine Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages
- Deliver patient-centered care in a supportive clinic environment
- Build and manage a patient panel quickly
- Care for scheduled patients during clinic hours
Occupational Health Responsibilities
- Provide occupational and business health services to employees and employers
- Conduct pre-employment physicals and DOT physical examinations
- Perform workers compensation evaluations
- Diagnose and treat minor workplace injuries
- Care for both scheduled and walk-in patients
- Maintain DOT certification or obtain certification within 90 days of hire
Qualifications
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- DOT certification preferred or willingness to obtain within 90 days
- Strong communication skills, flexibility, and collaboration
- Commitment to high-quality patient care across multiple clinical settings
