Pediatric - Speech-Language Pathologist

Job Description

A growing pediatric therapy practice is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide compassionate, evidence-based care for children from birth through age 21. This role focuses on evaluating and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in an outpatient setting while collaborating with families and a multidisciplinary team to support each child's development. Experience with pediatric feeding therapy is a plus, and training is available for the right candidate.

  • Salary: $60,000–$72,000

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate with families and multidisciplinary care teams
  • Experience assessing and treating pediatric speech and language disorders
  • Familiarity with early intervention practices

  • Experience in pediatric outpatient therapy
  • Experience with early intervention services
  • Experience with pediatric feeding therapy and dysphagia (training available)
