Job Description
- Start date: ASAP, pending privileges
- 24-hour shifts: 7a-5p onsite, 5p-7a call
- Minimum availability: 7 days per month
- Shifts are almost always 24 hours; occasionally a stretch starts at 5p
- 24/7 GI call coverage across 3 hospitals
- Inpatient advanced GI with ERCP and EUS, plus call
- Duties: IP rounding, consultations, procedures, follow-ups, discharges, night call
- Common procedures: Colonoscopy, EGD, EUS, PEGs, esophageal variceal management & stenting, ERCPs
- Sites: UPMC Harrisburg (JO-01092), UPMC West Shore (JO-01094), UPMC Community (JO-01095)
- Must be able to perform both EUS and ERCPs (do not submit if unable)
