Job Description
Coverage Needed:
- Start Date: 9/15/2026
- End Date: Ongoing
- Schedule: Five days a week including call plus possible weekend
Clinical Details:
- Call Ratio: 5
- Patient Population: 100% Adult and Geriatric
- % Outpatient vs Inpatient: 100% Inpatient
- Average # of Patients Per Day: 10-15
- Trauma Level Designation: 1
- Required Duties, Procedures, Skills, etc: Surgery, IP and ED coverage, IP units
- EMR/Documentation: EPIC
Requirements:
- Board Certified Vascular
- Active OH license
- Fellowship
- BLS/ACLS
- Clean background/no malpractice or license issues, no exceptions
- Self-Query NPDB report must be dated within 30 days of the presentation date
