Surgery - Cardiovascular Physician

Coverage Needed:

• Start Date: ASAP
• Schedule: 24 hour call shifts
• Call Ratio: 10-14 days call coverage per month

Clinical Details:

• Practice Setting: Hospital Based Rounding
• Average Number of Cases Per Day: 1
• Trauma Level/Designation: Level 2
• Number of Operating Rooms: 20
• Documentation System/EMR: EPIC
• Support Staff: Includes 3 PAs
• Patient Age Demographic: Adult
• Required Procedures:
  • Coronary Artery Bypass Surgery Procedures Required: CABG, Arterial Revascularization (using internal mammary arteries, radial artery and gastroepiploic artery), Redo Coronary Revascularization (With or Without Heart Valve Surgery)
  • Pericardial Window
  • Heart Valve Repair/Replacement surgery
  • Mitral Valve Repair

Requirements:

• Board Certified
• Active Ohio License
• Fellowship Training
• BLS/ACLS
• Must be able to perform all required procedures listed
• Epic experience - Preferred
• Self-Query NPDB that has been pulled within 30-days of presentation
