Job Description
- Start date: Nov 1, 2026
- Contract length: 6 months
- Shifts: Monday-Friday; cases 08:00-17:30
- Practice setting: Hospital
- Support staff: 2+ physicians and 1 procedural APP
- Volume: 20-25 cases/day
- Patient population: Infant through adult
- Procedures: All interventional procedures
- EMR/PACS: Cerner; Fuji PACS
- Requirements: Board Certified, WV license or IMLC, DEA
- Credentialing timeframe: 60 days
