Target start date and Length of need: Starting Sept - 6 months
Locums Shift Schedule: 7 am - 5 pm; 2 or 3 days per week. W/TH/F preferred (or alternating W/TH/F, then M/T/W)
No weekends/nights/holidays
Call Responsibilities: No Call
Setting: Outpatient
Demographics: Adult (sometimes 16 year olds with work injuries but still adult-related)
Patient Encounters per shift: Estimated: 18 patient slots per day (average census is 7-12 PPD)
Available support staff: 1:1 medical assistant, 2 RNs, 3 front desk
Experience: either residency-trained or 1 year of workers comp patient care experience required
Required Credentials: Board Certified (or true BE - within 3 yrs) in Occ Med, FM, IM, Sports Med, EM, PM&R or any boards relative to Occ Health
Certifications required: AHA BLS, Level II Certification (CO specific cert for workers' compensation) is required
