We are currently seeking a full-time Family or Internal Medicine Physician to join our dynamic team at our Fair Oaks Wellness Center. This beautiful, state-of-the-art clinic located off IH-10 and Ralph Fair Road, cares for a truly unique all-adult patient population of retired First Responders and their dependents.

Why You Will Love This Role:

• Low patient volume (10-14 patients a day) Focus on outcomes, prevention, and patient engagement not volume. Smaller patient panels that allow for deeper, more impactful care.
• Built in dedicated time both in the mornings and afternoons for charting and other administrative functions
• 30- and 60-minute appointment times
• Sustainable schedule of 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday Friday; Administrative time is built into your morning and afternoon schedule, so there is no charting at home, no call, and the clinic closes for lunch from 12:00-1:00pm.
• Emphasis on lifestyle medicine, education, and long-term wellness
• Ancillary services on-site including physical therapy, cooking classes, exercise classes, Healthy Living Academy, mental health counseling, and MORE!
• Collaborate with experienced healthcare professionals on-site in the clinic; Registered Nurses, Licensed Professional Counselors, Clinical Pharmacist, Ultrasound Sonographers, etc.
