Job Description
- As-needed, sporadic coverage; shift dates vary (supplemental to current team)
- Mon-Fri Clinic 8a-5p Night call (not every night) Some 24-hour weekend call coverage
- Call coverage included (24-hour and night call; callbacks)
- Average inpatient census 5-10/day; 6 outpatient elective procedures
- Support staff: 1 APP + clinic nursing; 2 APPs assist with rounding
- Comfortable working in a Level 1 Trauma Center
- Ability to perform both open and endovascular procedures
- EMR: Epic
- Certifications: BC or BE, IL license
- Estimated 60-day credentialing, Temp Privs available
- Clean background, Travel is provided
- Preference for local providers due to flexibility
