Start Date: July 31, 2026 (Orientation); Clinical Start: August 2, 2026
Length of Assignment: 5 months
Schedule: Weekday start time of 6:30A; average 12-hour shifts based on OR volume. On-site overnight call 6:30P 6:30A with September December schedule to be determined.
Credentialing: Approximately 30 days
Patient Volume: Physician Direction Model supervising 3 4 OR rooms at a time
Procedures: Full-scope anesthesia for thoracic, neuro, cardiac, trauma, pediatric, OB, inpatient and outpatient surgeries, as well as Non-Operating Room Anesthesia (NORA) cases. Approximately 20% inpatient and 80% outpatient.

Licence Needed: Michigan or IMLC
Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible, ACGME-accredited Anesthesiology Residency, DEA, ACLS (AHA), PALS (AHA)

Comprehensive General Anesthesiology opportunity within a collaborative care team model supervising CRNAs. Providers will deliver anesthesia across a broad range of surgical specialties, including thoracic, cardiac, neuro, trauma, pediatric, obstetric, and non-operating room procedures. This position requires demonstrated experience with at least 100 hospital anesthesiology cases within the past 12 months reflective of the requested privileges. Ideal candidates are comfortable practicing in a high-acuity environment with a varied case mix while working alongside an experienced anesthesia team.
