- Nov 23-25 (Thanksgiving Nov 26-27 excluded)
- Dec 21-24 (Christmas Day Dec 25 excluded)

- All shifts 7:00am-5:00pm w 1 hour lunch
Clinical Details
- 20-22 patients per day in clinic
- Adult patients
- Cath Lab will be hospital Consults 3-4 per day, plue EP cases 4-6 a day
- EMR: Cerner
- 268 Beds
- Special Procedures: cardiac electrophysiology; specifically, heart rhythm disturbances, Ablations - must show 100 EP cases in last 2 years in case logs with emphasis on ablations
- Must be comfortable doing moderate sedation on their own
- Technology - Abbott Ensite-X Mapping system (must be comfortable using), must do TEEs and moderate sedation
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Active AZ License - willing to license
- DEA AZ registered
- ACLS
- 1 year experience
- Skills: Ablations
