- Age range of patient population: 55+
- Average patients per day: 8
- Support staff: 2 Physicians, 2 receptionists, 4 MA, 2 Nurses, 1 Lab MA, 2 referral coordinators, administrator and assistant administrator
- EMR: ECW
- See routine and acute patients
Requirements :
- Will consider non-local providers, and reimburse for travel
