Opportunity:
Physician - Nurse Practitioner - Family Medicine

Job Details:
  • Temporary coverage position needed until a permanent provider is able to start, with a tentative start date of August 3, 2026 and an estimated minimum need of 12 weeks
  • MD/DO or NP/PA accepted for this role - only 1 provider needed
  • See an average of 18-22 patients per day in an Adult/Geriatric practice population
  • Work schedule is full-time, Monday through Thursday - no on-call or weekend requirements
  • 2-3 exam rooms available; documentation via EPIC EMR
  • Not responsible for supervising other healthcare providers
  • No backup coverage for the ED required
  • Perform required general procedures including evaluation and management of acute volume/BP issues
  • Perform required gynecology procedures including pelvic exam and Pap smear
  • Perform required occupational medicine procedures including disability exams
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible (must achieve board certification within 3 years of finishing) required
  • Minimum 1 year of primary care experience required
  • Active DEA and active Michigan license required
  • BLS certification required
  • Must be local to Michigan - drive-in provider required
  • Self-Query NPDB report must be dated within 30 days of the presentation date
  • Temporary privileges available with an estimated credentialing timeframe of 10 business days
