Coverage Needed

• Start Date: 08/03/2026
• End Date: 10/31/2026 (Estimated need 12 weeks minimum)
• Schedule: 4, 10 hour shifts Monday-Thursday

Clinical Details

• EMR System: EPIC
• Practice Settings: Primary Care (Adult/Geriatric)
• Patients Per Day: 18-22
• Support Staff: 5 physicians, 4 mid-levels
• Number of Exam Rooms: 2-3
• Required Procedures: Evaluation and Mgmt. of Acute Volume / BP Issues; Pelvic Exam / Pap Smear; Disability Exams

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (must obtain certification within 3 years after finishing)
• Certifications: BLS
• Active MI license; Active DEA
• Self-Query NPDB report must be dated within 30 days of the presentation date
• Experience: 1 year of Primary Care experience
• Local to MI (drive-in provider)
• Full-time availability Monday-Thursday
