Shift Description: Mon - Fri, 8 am - 4 pm + one Sunday rotation every 6 weeks (less than 8 hours)
Inpatient
Shift Description: Coverage of patients in acute mental health units
Type of patients/cases/procedures required: adults with acute mental health symptoms
Current Incarceration Population: 1,800 patients in the entire jail
Patient Encounters per shift: Average of 30 patients in the unit - not all patients need to be seen daily; based on acuity of needs
Daytime Support: nursing, APP's and psychiatrists
Certifications required (Board Certification/Truly Board Eligible or life support, etc.): Board eligible, BLS required, ACLS preferred
Will you accept licensure candidates (IMLC or standard process): Yes
