Qualifications/Highlights:
- Current New York State License as a Family Nurse Practitioner
- 1 3 years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner
- Flexible scheduling: 4- or 5-day workweeks available
- Comfortable using Electronic Health Records (EHR)
- Experience working with diverse patient populations
