Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time OBGYN full-time: 3 days clinic, 1 day off, 1 weekday call day from home
Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated OBGYN Physician to join our growing Women's Health team. This role is designed to provide comprehensive, high-quality obstetric and gynecological care alongside our Practice Lead, Dr. Hervey, ensuring strong continuity of care for a diverse patient panel. Working within a teaching-focused environment, the incoming physician will collaborate closely with our Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs) and a tenured support team to uphold the highest standards of maternal and women's health.
Scope of Practice - Patient Population: Highly diverse demographic focusing heavily on reproductive-aged women (ages 1945) with a high volume of obstetric cases and a moderate gynecological population, incorporating a stable mix of private insurance (6070%), Medicaid (20%), and cash pay (10%).
- Comprehensive Primary Care: Management of a broad spectrum of obstetric care including standard pregnancies, preeclampsia, gestational diabetes, VBACs, multiples, and high-acuity cases, attracting roughly 30% traveling patients seeking specialized excellence.
- Clinical Workflow: Fast-paced, structured workflow featuring efficient 20-minute appointment slots for both new patients and routine follow-ups.
- Clinical Procedures: Full spectrum of standard OBGYN surgical and clinical procedures, backed by a practice fully supportive of advanced teaching and additional procedural skills development.
- Volume & Call: Outpatient clinic volume averages 2630 patients per day; call responsibilities include 1 weekday per week (managed from home) and 1 weekend per month.
Qualifications - Ability to split clinical time between our premier locations in Phoenix and Scottsdale .
- Board Certified or Board Eligible OBGYN Physician with a strong desire and ability to collaborate effectively with Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs).
- Open to both experienced physicians and highly motivated new graduates, who are ideal candidates given the Lead Physicians 10+ years of dedicated experience mentoring hospital residents and trainees.
- Active, unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of Arizona, with bilingual Spanish skills considered a distinct bonus.
