JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Licenses: Arizona license or Universal License (IMLC)
- Board: BC or BE
- DEA: Required
- Experience: Minimum 1 year
- Provide urology clinic coverage seeing 15-18 patients per day
- Perform 10-15 procedures per week including ureteroscopy and laser lithotripsy
- Conduct 3-4 surgeries per week in the OR
- Take beeper call from 5p to 8a on scheduled call days
- Utilize Cerner EMR for all patient documentation
