Coverage Needed

• Schedule: clinic and OR shifts
  • Monday-Friday
    • Four clinic days and one OR day each week
  • 8:00am-5:00pm
  • 2 weeks on/2 weeks off rotation
  • Suggested Dates:
    • 8/3 onsite orientation
    • 8/4 - 8/7, 8/11 - 8/14
    • 9/14 - 9/18 , 9/21 - 9/25
    • 10/19 - 10/23, 10/26 - 10/30
    • 11/9 - 11/13, 11/16- 11/20
    • 12/7- 12/11, 12/14 - 12/18
    • 2027 dates TBD

• EMR System: Athena & Meditech
• Practice Settings: Inpatient, Outpatient
• Patients Per Shift: 20
• Rounding: Assigned Patients
• Support Staff: RN: 1; MA: 1; PA/NP: 1; Office Staff: 1
• Beds: 25
• Trauma Level: 3
• Da Vinci Xi Robot onsite.
• Supervise advance practice providers

Requirements

• Board: Board Certified or Board Eligible (American Board of Urology or American Osteopathic Board of Surgery - Urological Surgery)
• Licensed in Michigan or IMLC
• ACLS, Michigan CDS, Michigan DEA
• At least 50 urological procedures during the past 12 months or successful completion of an ACGME or AOA accredited residency/clinical fellowship within past 12 months
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
• Preferred items: commitment of at least one year
