Job Description
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00a-5:00p; minimum 2 weeks per month; no call or weekends
Setting: Outpatient only, ambulatory primary care; float pool across multiple clinics
Patient Volume: 15-20 patients per day
EMR: Epic
Required Skills: Outpatient primary care for adult and geriatric populations; routine preventive care and chronic condition management
Board Status: Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine required
Licensure: Ohio license required
Support: Clinic-based role with APP support across multiple practice locations
