- $155K-$175K base salary + $20K sign-on bonus (experience-based) with quality incentives
- Flexible schedules: M-F outpatient (option for 4x10s) and block/rotating shifts for acute care
- Manage 18 patients/day in outpatient roles with strong physician collaboration
