What You ll Do:
  • Collaborate with Neonatologists to deliver neonatal care across four NICUs in the Oklahoma City Metro area
  • Provide direct patient care for newborns and infants in Level II NICUs
  • Support staff with clinical decision-making and patient management
  • Assist with neonatal stabilization, assessments, and procedures
  • Contribute to family education and support
  • Cover shifts including day, night, and on-call responsibilities
  • Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols

What You Need:
  • Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Oklahoma
  • Neonatal, Pediatric, or related experience preferred
  • Excellent clinical skills with strong communication abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours and respond to call situations
  • Residency within immediate local area preferred; relocation may be required
