This facility is a well-established children's surgical center operating within a larger healthcare network, providing specialized pediatric care in a Level 1 trauma environment. The 16-bed department is dedicated to delivering high-quality surgical and emergency services to pediatric patients in the St. Louis region.

Opportunity:
Physician - Orthopaedic Surgery - Pediatric Orthopaedics

Job Details:

• Locum Tenens opportunity providing 24-hour call shift coverage for the pediatric emergency department and any inpatient orthopedic patients
• Maximum of 2 shifts per month with a cap of 10 shifts per year
• Level 1 trauma facility requiring readiness to manage complex pediatric orthopedic cases
• Board certification required with a minimum of Board Certification Eligible
• Fellowship training required
• Active Missouri license or IMLC required to be considered
• Required certifications include ATLS, BLS, and PALS
• Preferred skills include hand procedures and tendon release/repair
• Estimated credentialing timeframe of 60 days

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
