Medical Director, Inflammatory Bowel Disease Center opening in Burlington, MALocated in Burlington, MA - Boston 20mFull-time; PermanentSeeking Board CertifiedEmployed Overview: Seeking a highly accomplished Gastroenterologist to serve as Medical Director of the Inflammatory Bowel Disease Center in Burlington, MA. Lead a specialized team of IBD-focused gastroenterologists and advanced practice providers. Multidisciplinary support including nurse navigator, IBD clinic pharmacy team, and research coordinator. Close collaboration with colorectal surgery, dietitians, and behavioral health providers. Protected time available for research and administrative responsibilities. Expectation of active engagement in research and academic initiatives. Practice within a high-volume, academically engaged Gastroenterology division. Division Highlights: 19 physicians and 9 advanced practitioners. Approximately 35,000 outpatient visits annually. Approximately 20,000 procedures annually. Broad subspecialty expertise including IBD, Liver Disease & Transplant, Advanced Endoscopy, Motility, and large endoscopy suite. Nationally recognized faculty and clinical leaders.
