Qualifications
MD or DO with completion of ACGME-accredited orthopedic residency
Fellowship or significant experience in hand and upper extremity surgery
Board-certified/board-eligible in Orthopedic Surgery (CAQ in Hand preferred)
Eligible for New York State medical license
