NorthBay Health is seeking a Board Certified, Licensed Otolaryngologist to practice in our highly regarded health system in Northern California. NorthBay Health is ideally located between the San Francisco Bay Area Region, Napa Valley and Sacramento. Our board-certified team of Otolaryngologists, speech therapists and audiologists will provide a comprehensive evaluation and then employ a variety of treatments including medication, advanced diagnostic procedures and surgery to ensure a personalized care plan for the ultimate wellbeing of our adult and pediatric patients.

Position Overview:
NorthBay Health is an independent, nonprofit health system serving the Napa, Solano, and Yolo County regions. We are expanding access to care across our communities through two acute-care hospitals, including a Level II Trauma Center and a Level III NICU maternity unit, along with a cancer center, urgent care locations, and a growing network of primary and specialty care clinics.
We provide advanced services in cardiovascular care, neuroscience, orthopedics, surgery, and outpatient specialties. NorthBay Health is nationally recognized for quality care, including Magnet with Distinction designation for nursing and multiple U.S. News and World Report high performing recognitions.

Position Overview:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Dedicated procedure and administrative time
- Call Ratio: shared call
- Daily Patient Census: patients per day
- Equipment/Resources: Operating microscope, 2 towers for nasal/sinus scopes, and ultrasound
- Provider Support: Collaborative team of physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
- Basic Biopsies
- Myringotomies
- Closed nasal fracture reductions
- MD or DO degree
- Board-certified in Otolaryngology
- Licensed to practice medicine in the state
- Proven experience in Otolaryngology procedures
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Compensation Range: $500,000 - $680,000 (Full Time)
