ArchWell Health is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join our growing outpatient practice in Fort Myers, Florida. This is a true outpatient role focused on an adult/Medicare population 60+ designed for physicians who want to practice high-quality medicine with strong support and a predictable schedule. This is a rare opportunity to be part of the inaugural team for one of our new Fort Myers locations.

- No weekends
- Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM schedule
- Outpatient only no hospital or skilled nursing facility responsibilities
- Minimal call, via phone only and rotates with entire Gulf Coast market providers

- Average 10-14 patients per day upon ramp up

Who We re Looking For
- Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine
- Comfortable caring for adult and Medicare-aged patients
- Team-oriented with a focus on quality and continuity of care
- Physician must have an active, non-probationary Florida medical license OR have the ability to obtain a full Florida medical licensure
