Job Details / Responsibilities
- Provide direct outpatient primary care services while maintaining active clinical practice
- Serve as Medical Director for a:
- 50-provider multispecialty outpatient primary care group
- Provide clinical oversight and leadership across multiple practice locations
- Develop and standardize:

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in:
- Internal Medicine, or
- Family Medicine
- Minimum 3 years of ambulatory care experience required
- Demonstrated clinical leadership experience required
- Active Vermont medical license required or ability to obtain
- Valid Vermont DEA license required
- DEA certification required prior to start
- CPR for Healthcare Providers certification required
- Most recent NPDB Self-Query report within 30 days required at presentation
- Must disclose visa sponsorship requirements (J1/H1B) during submission
