Job Summary:
Lone Peak Internal Medicine is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our established outpatient practice. This is a full-time, employed opportunity offering a collaborative and supportive work environment alongside a team of experienced Internal Medicine physicians and advanced practice providers.
Practice Details - Established outpatient Internal Medicine clinic at Lone Peak Internal Medicine
- Office located on the Lone Peak Hospital campus for convenient access and care coordination
- Team-based model with physicians and APPs working collaboratively
- Strong referral base with established patient population
- Efficient clinic supported by experienced clinical and administrative staff
Position Responsibilities - Provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Perform preventative care and wellness exams
- Collaborate closely with physicians and care team
- Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
Qualifications - Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program
- Board certified or board eligible
- Eligible for state licensure
- Internal Medicine or Primary Care experience preferred
- Strong communication and patient-focused care approach
